Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain language, what the club does with the details you share. We keep the list short because we ask for very little.
What we collect
When you book family seats through the form on our site, we store the parent name, email, date, chosen zone and seat count. For any booking that includes a visitor under fourteen, the counter also keeps a contact phone number, given in person, so we can reach you before a session timer ends. That is the whole list — we do not ask for payment details on the website, and we never store them in the booking file.
Why we hold it
The details let us set the right age presets, hold your seats, and confirm your visit. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. A booking record is kept only as long as it is useful for managing your visit, then removed.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your browser may cache fonts and images so pages load faster on your next visit; that is standard browser behaviour and holds nothing personal. If you turn caching off in your browser, the site still works.
Children
Because the club welcomes young players, bookings are made by a parent or guardian, not by the child. We treat any detail tied to a young visitor with extra care and share it with no one outside the club.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the booking details we hold for you. Speak to the counter on your next visit or reply to the confirmation email, and we will sort it out. If we ever change this policy, the updated version will live on this page with no fuss.
